SOLiD Earns Three Pipeline Innovation Awards for SOLiD Bars™

DALLAS — November 19, 2025 — SOLiD won three awards for its new SOLiD BARS™ distributed antenna system (DAS) solution from the 2025 Pipeline Innovation Awards. The new Middleprise DAS product earned top prize in the Innovation in Enterprise Technologies, Innovation in 5G & Wireless Technologies, and Innovation in Information & Communication Technology categories.

Each year, Pipeline Magazine receives hundreds of nominations through its annual Innovation Awards program. Nominees are distilled to a select list of semi-finalists. Finalists are identified through a rigid and objective scoring process.

“We are proud to have been recognized for our work on the BARS solution. We believe it is a game-changer for small- and mid-sized businesses that typically can’t afford a carrier-grade in-building wireless solution,” said Scott Deweese, president of SOLiD Americas.

The enterprise DAS market grew substantially over the last ten years as in-office data and communication shifted from wired to wireless networks. DAS deployments by mobile network operators, however, are focused on larger enterprise facilities where a higher user density makes it more profitable. Small- and medium-sized businesses, known as the “Middleprise,” are usually priced out of the market.

The SOLiD BARS™ DAS system is a streamlined, cost-effective alternative that can be deployed in days, rather than weeks or months, and delivers value from day one. It is easy to deploy and manage, delivering scalable, mobile connectivity from all three major U.S. carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

The system’s innovative design uses off-air signals and is intended for use where carrier-provided network equipment, which can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and take months to obtain, is not necessary. Perhaps more importantly, BARS costs less than $1 per square foot to deploy and operate, making it affordable for Middleprise businesses that need the wireless connectivity necessary to compete in a digital economy.

Backed by an industry-best three-year warranty, the BARS solution features a user-friendly, cloud-based network management system that enables IT departments, system integrators, and third-party operators to manage and monitor their systems easily.
