SOLiD nGENESIS: The Next-Generation Digital DAS Platform
SOLiD nGENESIS Digital DAS features a modular headend for easy expansion and maintenance. The headend is universal, supporting all power classes of nGENESIS remotes from sub-1W to 40W. The high-performance optical transport uses up to two 25 Gbps links to deliver up to 2400 MHz of cellular bandwidth in up to 4×4 MIMO. The headend accepts both digital (CPRI/eCPRI) and analog (RF) signal sources for maximum flexibility and future readiness. Other advanced features include sector-switching via software-defined profiles, daisy-chaining of remotes, digital filtering, fast ALC for near-far mitigation, ultra-low power consumption enabled by high-efficiency amplifier linearization, flexible power allocation, and simplified management that automatically discovers nodes and provides an intuitive interface for system management.
